We ship all orders within two business days and often upgrade domestic orders to US Priority Mail for no additional charge.
All International orders are shipped by Air Mail.
International shipments can be delayed by customs due to circumstances beyond our control.
We upgrade all orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses to US Priority Mail.

In the very unlikely event your order does not arrive in perfect condition we will send you a replacement at no cost. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please return your artwork within seven days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). We do not accept returns on rush orders.
To return an item you must first contact us by phone or by email and we will issue you an RMA number. You must contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Returns must then be shipped back to us within seven days of receiving your RMA number.
Shipping charges for returns are paid by the customer.
Returns must be packed carefully and returned in original condition.

We include a written copy of our return policy in the shipment. The recipient can exchange it if they wish.
